Should I Digitize Everything?

I’m planning to get a camcorder as I have said in my other blog, silayin.com, but I wonder, will it come with the necessary parts and equipment? I hope I can find a package one and what kind of memory card will it use? Maybe a better high transfer rate of micro sd card? I better research more and be careful in choosing the particular camcorder I want. I have to be technologically updated for my kids! This reminds me… should I digitize my old home videos on betamax and vhs? Oh I would want to save our memories. What a gadget freak I am ^_^
Machines have lives too…
It’s funny how we also treat our machines like humans don’t you think? We sometimes talk to them, “Hey how come you’re not starting up well laptop? Do you need a break? A warm massage on your delicate monitor?” and sometimes our little gadgets would get sick and like humans who need an insurance quote, we would also sign them up for warranty and have them be repaired at no cost! These little guys are also close to our hearts. Who says machines don’t have lives?

Have you ever wondered how a cigar would taste like? Unlike the cigarette that looks very unappetizing and makes me not want to smake. Add that to the health scares such as the onset of cancer, halitosis, yellow teeth and more diseases, smoking looks very bad. But I can’t help when I see people smoking cigars and think how it would feel. It looks fun and it looks more like you’re chewing on something. What do you think? I won’t be taking on smoking anytime soon. I’m just very curious.

FFXIII, could this be my next FF fave?

It has been a long time since my last play of Final Fantasy. Well, actually, I did not play all the FF series only FFviii, FFx and FFx2. Since I moved here in the US I dont have much time to play with my hubby’s PS3 though I play sometimes but not that intimate like yesterdays lol. The new Final Fantasy 13 is coming out this March 9, could this be my next FF fave? Could it be *wink* I’ve seen the preview and I think it has a great storyline like my previous FF fave. Ooohh and also the graphics for this game is breathtaking combined with new gameplay styles. Check out the preview and see for your self. It’s definitely something to watch out for this year…

Chicago is for me

Like how I mentioned before, one of our close friend moved to New York. He has been there for a couple of years now and really enjoying the place. As of now, he has no plans of moving back here to Chicago. According to him the place is very busy and most importantly there are lots of jobs in New York. While Chicago is also a busy city I guess there are just more people in New York. Although I’d really like to see New York I still wouldn’t dream of residing there. I’ve been here in Chicago for how many years now and still loving it and I can’t imagine living somewhere else.

I gained so much weight during this Winter season. Remember when I went to gym last year? My weight went down right away by 10lbs but I gained it again and this time double the pounds I gained after giving birth. I really need to enroll my self in a fitness program. I noticed too during the past months, I’ve been eating a lot, I mean, my food intake is getting bigger and I can’t hold back in eating anymore. So since I can’t no longer change the amount of food I eat, I just need to exercise to balance my body system. I’ll just put it this way, I’m going to exercise not because I want to be slim or sexy or whatever but because I want my body to be healthy and in a balanced diet. I’m not getting any younger though most people I encounter think that I look like I’m in my 20s. I get frustrated sometimes because most of my fave jeans and dresses will no longer fit on me. I wish I can take some of the weight loss product without any doubts.

I want my eyes wrinkles free

Many of my friends said that I’m a babyface but I have to disagree cos having babyface for me is like having no wrinkles in any part of your face. I have wrinkles near my eyes especially in the lower part. I want some advice on great eye cream product or wrinkle filler. I’ve seen some products online but the price is against my will lol. It’s kinda pricey. It’s just so amazing to know that this kind of product exist in today’s generation unlike before its really not a big deal for ordinary people.

Something to watch out this coming Spring for PS3 gamers.
…the prototype looks like a wand with a color-changing ball on top. It’s designed to work in conjunction with the PlayStation Eye, with the wand overlaid on-screen with a weapon or tool. Unlike Microsoft’s Project Natal, Sony says they’ve learned “some experiences need buttons,” which is why there’s still a controller involved. The system is said to be “sub-millimeter” precise, and it was demoed drawing and playing a shooter — it’s sort of the middle ground between Natal and Wii Motion Plus. Sony says it’ll launch in the spring of 2010, but we don’t know what pricing will be like yet.
