It’s been a long long time since I last used my Zune. It was stocked inside its own box. I lost interest in listening to any kind of music in the past months, don’t ask coz I don’t know why… but this morning I saw the box of my boomer and suddenly missed it. I plugged it right away to our laptop and I found out that I need to upgrade Boomer’s software. I like the new interface and I’m starting to like it again hehehehe.
Capabilities of a new zuneware: WiFi syncing that will transfer music, movies, photos, podcasts, and other content from host computer to Zune without any physical connection. Also exciting is the announcement that Zunes will be able to sync with content recorded on a Windows Media Center PC, which means users who’ve got a capture card or tuner and are using their WMC-PC as a DVR will be able to transfer recordings of TV content to their Zune for perusal while on the move. Also, Zune now support all types of music and video file.
I was supposed to blog about this three days ago but time doesn’t allow me to do so
So, three days ago we received Luvski’s new gadget accessory for his p990i, the Insignia Bluetooth Stereo Headset. It’s my valentines gift for him. It wasn’t really that expensive because I bought it at Ebay for the price of $24.00 with free shipping. I used Luvski’s ebay account since I personally terminated my Ebay account. We received the item with satisfaction and we love all the functions it has to offer. I can use it on my laptop too, imagine, I can now listen to all my favorite mp3 songs on my computer without bringing my mp3 player while I’m in the kitchen cooking, even while taking a sh*t inside the bathroom. The sound is still clear so you can use it in every corner of your house and it also has great equalizers. Not only that, we are surprised when we tried it outside our unit, outside the building, it still works perfectly clear. Luvski always smokes cigarettes outside the building so it’s basically perfect for him. I was really amazed with this little gadget and it’s not that expensive, well we’re just lucky since we got it from Ebay at a lower price. By the way, it also has a built in microphone and switches for volume and track listing. So cool!!! It feels like everything I do has a soundtrack nyhahahaha. I love it, I actually plan to buy one for myself with at least a light color because this one is so manly.
Yep! we got a new media player. It’s good to have credits in BestBuy
Coz you can easily return your items without any hesitation. We returned the Philips GoGear my old mp3 player to the store coz every time I connected it to my pc the transfer was very slow maybe because I dropped it when I was in the Philippines :106:
Well, anyways i want you to meet our new media player, “Boomer”, yep that’s his name

Actually, choosing between IPod and Zune definitely gave us a hard time. But we eventually chose Microsoft Zune 30GB since we are Microsoft users and they’re in the same price range. Besides, Ipod is so overrated and aside from that check out the comparison of these two players i got from other sites…
Below are the list of features supported by zune and not Ipod.
1) Landscape video
2) Preloaded Audio and video
3) Built in FM tuner
4) Social networking (and)
5) Custom background.
6) Album art looks great on the Zune

(image from http://www.jakeludington.com/)But two major differences are file sharing and Wi-Fi (aka wireless) support.
Yes, every zune will have the ability to wirelessly share and play songs, videos and pictures with other zunes. Microsoft zune will be able to hold 7,500 songs, 25,000 pictures or 100 hours of video. The said gadgets was released last November 14, 2006.
How great is that huh having a wifi connection? Cool right? :np:
