P990i is the first smart phone I was impressed and been wanting for it since we came here in the US. It has a good review and excellent rate. It has small QWERTY keyboard though other said including my husband that the keyboard is a tag small because he has big fingers. Unlike myself, it’s perfect for my little fingers hehehe. My husband loves the stylus a lot specially the hand written recognition. It has a lot of application that is available for downloads. It even has a good review than the new Sony Ericsson P1i. The great thing about this cellphone is it has a WI-FI, you can browse the internet free of charge from your mobile network. All you have to do is include the mac address of your cellphone to your internet router and if the internet wireless connection is public, just like any cafe that offers WI-FI connection, you can just connect right away.
When this cool smart phone was first launched it has a bad impression on the price because this cellphone cost a lot. It was priced at S$1,438 (US$946.05) for the handset and S$1,188 (US$781.58) when purchased with a two-year mobile contract. Wow! That’s a lot of money but lucky us because we know how to wait for the price to drop hehehe. It was launched early 2007 or late 2006. It was worth waiting for this cellphones price to drop. Two weeks ago, we bought it at the price of $358+ including tax at the wholesale store here in Chicago but if you’re going to buy it on a regular store it will still cost you a lot. Sony Ericsson P990i is the first touch screen mobile phone and also where the iPhone got the idea of touch screen features.
Anyways, we downloaded a theme creator software for this cellphone. It’s cool, you can make your own theme. Luvski and I made a first theme for his cellphone. He called it F2008 because he loves Formula 1 so much and we used the new look of the new 2008 Ferrari F1 car! Here’s a picture of that theme…

wuhoo. ang galing. di ako naging gadget freak kahit kelan pero it looks good. ayos din ang features. nag iisip pa ako for a gadget purchase on my sweldo. gusto ko ng cam pero di ko pa alam anong okay. rawr. anyway, ingat lagi te!
nice! ang wafu ng phone! haha! ever since SE P800 came out I wanted to have one too! then again, people change…gusto ko na ng maliit na phone hehe!
i’m wondering tho ate…baka nakapag-research ka rin about this before you got your new baby, ano kina-iba nyan sa sidekick or blackberry? hmmmm

I wanted to buy a phone like that too, kaso phones like that are too large for my liking. But I’d try it out in the future. Maybe the blackberry ones when I get back to the states. Napapanood ko sa gossip girl. Seems nice. Hehe.
And yes, it’s really wise of you guys to wait for the price to drop. di ko kayang gawin yon. Atat kase ko bumili ng mga bagay-bagay. Hehe
